Where to Eat at G2E 2026: Best Restaurants at The Venetian & Palazzo Las Vegas
If you're heading to G2E 2026 in Las Vegas, there is a good chance you'll spend most of the week inside The Venetian Resort.
G2E takes place September 28 through October 1 at The Venetian Expo, bringing more than 25,000 gaming professionals, 400+ exhibitors and attendees from more than 120 countries, regions and territories to Las Vegas.
That means four days of meetings, demos, networking, dinners—and trying to figure out where to eat without wasting an hour walking around the Strip.
Fortunately, you really don't need to leave the property.
Between The Venetian, The Palazzo, Restaurant Row, the Grand Canal Shoppes and the newer Via Via Food Hall, G2E attendees have everything from a quick slice of pizza between meetings to some of the most recognized restaurants in Las Vegas within walking distance.

Best Overall Business Dinner: COTE Korean Steakhouse
If you're taking an important client, partner or prospect to dinner during G2E, COTE is one of the first reservations we'd look for.
Located on Restaurant Row between The Venetian and Palazzo sides of the resort, COTE combines Korean barbecue with the format and quality of an American steakhouse.
The experience is particularly good for a business dinner because it is naturally communal. Premium cuts of beef are cooked tableside and shared by the group rather than everyone ordering an isolated entrée.
COTE also has a serious wine program, with more than 1,200 labels.
For G2E attendees staying at either The Venetian or Palazzo, its Restaurant Row location is another advantage: you don't have to leave the resort or arrange transportation after a full day at the Expo.
Best for: Client dinners, small groups, steak lovers and a more energetic business dinner.

Best Chinese Restaurant: Mott 32
Mott 32 has been one of The Palazzo's standout restaurants for years, and it remains one of our favorite options for an impressive dinner during G2E.
Located directly on The Palazzo casino floor, Mott 32 serves modern Chinese cuisine influenced by Cantonese, Sichuan and Beijing cooking.
The restaurant is especially well known for dim sum and its applewood-roasted Peking duck. If the duck is the reason you're going, check availability when making the reservation rather than assuming you can simply order it when you arrive.
Mott 32 also has something particularly useful for G2E attendees in 2026: lunch.
The restaurant currently offers weekday lunch from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., including its $38 Mott Express and $68 Mott Exclusive set-menu options.
That makes Mott 32 an interesting alternative to the typical convention lunch. If you have a 60- to 90-minute opening and want to have an actual conversation with a client instead of eating on the Expo floor, this is one to consider.
Best for: Chinese food, client lunches, group dinners and a more upscale experience.

Best Seafood and Mediterranean Business Lunch: Estiatorio Milos
For a polished business lunch, Estiatorio Milos is hard to overlook.
Milos is known for Greek and Mediterranean cuisine with an especially strong emphasis on fresh seafood. Rather than the dark steakhouse atmosphere associated with many Las Vegas business dinners, Milos is bright, clean and comparatively restrained.
That's part of why we like it for meetings.
If your objective is actually to talk business rather than create the biggest possible Vegas spectacle, Milos makes a lot of sense.
It is also one of four restaurants across The Venetian Resort included in the inaugural 2026 MICHELIN Guide Southwest, alongside Bouchon, COTE and Mott 32.
Best for: Business lunches, seafood, Mediterranean food and quieter client conversations.

Best Traditional Steakhouse: CUT by Wolfgang Puck
Sometimes a convention dinner doesn't need an explanation.
You want a steakhouse.
CUT by Wolfgang Puck remains one of the most established options inside The Venetian and Palazzo complex and is located on Restaurant Row.
For groups with traditional steakhouse expectations—premium beef, wine, cocktails and polished service—CUT is an easy choice.
It is particularly useful when you're entertaining a group with very different tastes and don't want the more specialized Korean format at COTE or Chinese menu at Mott 32.

Best Big Las Vegas Dinner: Bazaar Meat by José Andrés
If the objective is to give someone a distinctly Las Vegas dinner rather than simply finding somewhere convenient to eat, consider Bazaar Meat by José Andrés.
Bazaar Meat is one of the major recent additions to The Venetian's restaurant portfolio and brings José Andrés' theatrical approach to steak, seafood, vegetables and shared plates to the resort.
This is the kind of restaurant we'd choose when the dinner itself is part of the entertainment.
It's less "let's grab dinner after the show" and more "dinner is tonight's event."
For G2E, that makes Bazaar Meat especially appropriate for celebrating a deal, hosting an important client or bringing together a group that may only see each other once or twice a year.

Best Southern Food and Easy Crowd-Pleaser: Yardbird
Not every meal during G2E needs to be fine dining.
Yardbird Southern Table & Bar is one of the easier recommendations for a group because the menu is approachable and the atmosphere works for everything from a casual business lunch to drinks and dinner.
The restaurant specializes in Southern cooking and is particularly known for fried chicken.
It's also considerably easier to suggest to a mixed group than a restaurant built around a particular cuisine. If six people can't agree on sushi, Korean barbecue or seafood, Yardbird can be a useful answer.
Best for: Groups, casual business meals, Southern food and an easier-going dinner.

Best Italian Option: Matteo's Ristorante Italiano
There are several Italian restaurants around The Venetian and Grand Canal Shoppes, but Matteo's is one we'd keep in mind specifically for G2E.
Located on Restaurant Row, Matteo's focuses on Northern Italian cuisine and works particularly well when you want a sit-down meal without turning lunch or dinner into a three-hour production.
Its location is also convenient for attendees moving between The Venetian and Palazzo.
Best for: Italian food, business lunches and approachable client dinners.

Best Classic Venetian Experience: Canaletto
If you're visiting Las Vegas from out of town and want something that actually feels like you're eating at The Venetian, Canaletto offers something the conventional steakhouses can't: its location.
The Italian restaurant sits in St. Mark's Square inside the Grand Canal Shoppes.
You're essentially eating beside the indoor canals and one of the resort's most recognizable environments.
Would we necessarily choose it over COTE or Mott 32 for the most important dinner of G2E? Probably not.
But for someone visiting The Venetian for the first time, the setting itself can make it worthwhile.
Best for: First-time visitors, Italian food and Venetian atmosphere.
Best Fine-Dining Breakfast or Brunch: Bouchon
G2E dinners get most of the attention, but breakfast can be one of the easiest opportunities to actually have a conversation.
Bouchon, from chef Thomas Keller, is located in The Venetian tower and is another of the resort's four restaurants recognized by the 2026 MICHELIN Guide Southwest.
If your evening schedule is already packed with receptions and client dinners, consider moving one meeting to breakfast.
You may find that breakfast is considerably more productive than trying to squeeze another dinner into an already overloaded G2E calendar.

This may actually be the most useful recommendation in this entire guide.
If you have 30 minutes between G2E meetings, don't attempt a formal restaurant.
Go to Via Via.
Via Via Food Hall is located on The Venetian casino floor just off the Grand Colonnade and is the resort's newer take on a food court.
But this isn't a conventional casino food court filled entirely with familiar fast-food chains.

The famous Florentine sandwich shop specializes in enormous Tuscan schiacciata sandwiches.
This is probably our choice if you need something substantial that you can eat relatively quickly.
Scarr's Pizza
The New York pizza shop gives you perhaps the simplest convention-food strategy possible:

Howlin' Ray's
The Los Angeles Nashville hot chicken favorite has a Las Vegas outpost inside Via Via.
If you're looking for something more interesting than a standard chicken sandwich without committing to a sit-down restaurant, this is a strong option.
Ivan Ramen
Ivan Ramen brings chef Ivan Orkin's ramen and izakaya-style food to the food hall.
This is one of the better options when you want an actual hot meal but don't have time for a full restaurant reservation.
B.S. Taqueria
Chef Ray Garcia's taco concept serves tacos on freshly pressed heirloom corn tortillas, with options including carne asada, citrus-adobo chicken and quesabirria.
Turkey and the Wolf
The Las Vegas version combines ideas from chef Mason Hereford's New Orleans restaurants Turkey and the Wolf and Molly's Rise and Shine.
Expect unconventional sandwiches, breakfast dishes and comfort food rather than another standard casino deli.
Anita Gelato
And because this is Las Vegas and you're walking several miles around a convention center anyway, you can probably justify the gelato.
What About the Regular Venetian Food Court?
If you're simply searching Google for "Venetian food court," it's worth knowing that you have more options than a traditional casino food court.
Via Via is the more interesting choice for food-focused quick bites, while the broader Venetian and Palazzo complex has additional casual restaurants and grab-and-go options.
The important distinction for G2E attendees is time.
If you have 20 or 30 minutes, prioritize proximity and speed.
If you have an hour, consider Mott 32's weekday lunch, Matteo's or another Restaurant Row option.
And if you have an actual client dinner planned, make a reservation rather than hoping to walk into COTE, Mott 32, CUT or Bazaar Meat during one of Las Vegas' largest conventions.
What's New at The Venetian and Palazzo for G2E 2026?
The dining scene at The Venetian has changed considerably.
The resort says it introduced 12 new food-and-beverage concepts into its restaurant collection within roughly a year as part of a broader reinvestment in the property.
Two of the biggest names are COTE Korean Steakhouse and Bazaar Meat by José Andrés, while Via Via Food Hall brought several restaurant concepts to Las Vegas under one roof.
There is also a new reason food-focused visitors may be paying attention to the property.
In August 2026, The Venetian announced that four restaurants at the resort were included in the inaugural MICHELIN Guide Southwest:

One important distinction: being included in the MICHELIN Guide is not the same thing as receiving a Michelin star. These four Venetian restaurants are MICHELIN-recognized selections.
For visitors who haven't been to The Venetian or Palazzo since a previous G2E, there are therefore quite a few new restaurants worth exploring.

It depends on what you're trying to accomplish.

A Las Vegas Local's Advice for Eating During G2E
The biggest mistake you can make during a convention like G2E is assuming you'll figure dinner out when you're hungry.
Thousands of attendees finish meetings at roughly the same time.
If there is somewhere you absolutely want to eat—particularly COTE, Mott 32, CUT, Milos or Bazaar Meat—make the reservation in advance.
For business meetings, also think about what you're trying to accomplish.
The most expensive restaurant isn't automatically the best meeting restaurant. Sometimes a quieter lunch at Milos will produce a better conversation than an elaborate dinner. And sometimes sitting around a Korean barbecue grill at COTE is exactly the environment you want for turning a business relationship into a personal one.
