The Global Gaming Expo may happen inside The Venetian Expo, but anyone who has spent a week at G2E knows the conference doesn't really end when the show floor closes.
That's when Las Vegas takes over.
G2E 2026 runs September 28 through October 1 at The Venetian Expo in Las Vegas, bringing more than 25,000 gaming professionals and 400+ exhibitors together from across the global gaming industry.
Education begins Monday, September 28. The expo hall opens Tuesday morning and runs through Thursday afternoon.
For gaming executives, casino operators, technology companies, suppliers, fintech companies, payments professionals and everyone else descending on Las Vegas this week, the evenings can be almost as important as the conference itself.

One of the largest publicly announced industry gatherings of the week is SCCG Management's 5th Annual G2E Party at Tom's Watch Bar in New York, New York.

SCCG says more than 1,300 gaming professionals representing over 500 companies have registered for this year's event.
The evening includes drinks, appetizers and networking with gaming operators, suppliers, technology providers, financial companies and other industry professionals.
The event is invitation-only and requires an RSVP, so don't assume you'll be able to walk in Tuesday night.
If you're specifically looking for a G2E networking party, this is one of the more significant events announced for 2026.
Global Gaming Women Link & L.E.A.R.N. — Tuesday, September 29
Global Gaming Women is hosting Link & L.E.A.R.N. at G2E Tuesday evening.

Where: Delfino 4001 at The Venetian
The event combines networking, professional development, light bites and refreshments for women and allies across the gaming industry.
Registration is free, although pre-registration is required and capacity is limited.
Global Gaming Women also hosts its annual Sip & Social Wednesday during G2E.
Native Networking Party at G2E — Wednesday, September 30
Tribal Gaming & Hospitality's Native Networking Party @ G2E takes place Wednesday evening.

Where: Virgin Hotels Las Vegas
The private event focuses on tribal gaming operators, Native-owned businesses and casino suppliers, providing an opportunity to network and discover Native-owned businesses serving the casino industry.

If an industry dinner and networking reception aren't enough, Las Vegas has a legitimate nightclub calendar running alongside G2E.

Tuesday has one of the biggest nightclub bookings of G2E week.
Steve Aoki headlines OMNIA Nightclub at Caesars Palace Tuesday night.
For attendees going to the SCCG party, a client dinner or another G2E reception earlier in the evening, OMNIA makes for an obvious late-night second stop.
It is also right in the central Strip corridor, making it relatively convenient from The Venetian.

Wednesday, September 30: Valentino Khan at Encore Beach Club at Night

Wednesday gives G2E attendees several nightlife options.
Valentino Khan is scheduled to perform at Encore Beach Club at Night.
Geographically, this is one of the easiest major nightlife options for anyone coming directly from G2E because Wynn and Encore are immediately north of The Venetian.
L'CORE at Marquee
Marquee Nightclub — The Cosmopolitan

Marquee's Wednesday-night Lowkey in the Library event features L'CORE.
This gives attendees an alternative to the larger main-room, headliner-driven nightclub format.
R&Bae Wednesdays with DJ Franzen at Hakkasan

For something outside the week's EDM-heavy lineup, Hakkasan is hosting R&Bae Wednesdays with DJ Franzen.
Between Encore Beach Club, Marquee and Hakkasan, Wednesday probably offers the most varied nightlife choices during the core G2E conference.
Thursday, October 1: G2E Closing Night
The G2E expo floor closes at 3:00 PM Thursday, which leaves plenty of time for one final dinner — and one final night in Las Vegas.

Murda Beatz is scheduled to headline Hakkasan on G2E closing night.
For attendees treating Thursday as their unofficial G2E closing party, this is one of the week's larger nightclub bookings.

Bolo is scheduled at Zouk Nightclub Thursday evening.
Zouk is especially convenient for G2E attendees because Resorts World sits just north of The Venetian/Wynn corridor.
Thursdays on the Terrace at OMNIA

OMNIA is also hosting Thursdays on the Terrace on October 1.
If Steve Aoki on Tuesday doesn't fit your schedule, this gives you another opportunity to visit OMNIA before leaving town.
Staying Through Friday? Don't Leave Too Early.
If your flight home isn't until Saturday — or Las Vegas convinces you to extend the trip — the nightclub lineup gets considerably bigger on Friday, October 2.

For electronic music fans, Friday may actually be the strongest nightlife night surrounding G2E.

Don't Want a Nightclub? You Have Options.
Not everybody wants to finish a full day at G2E by walking into another room with a few thousand people.

Play Poker at The Venetian
There is something particularly appropriate about spending an entire day discussing the gaming business and then sitting down at an actual poker table.
The Venetian Poker Room is inside the same resort complex as G2E, making it an easy after-hours option for attendees who want to keep hanging out without another formal networking event.
For industry professionals who have spent all day talking about casino technology, player engagement, payments and gaming operations, actually experiencing the product isn't a bad way to finish the evening.
Walk Over to Sphere
If someone in your group hasn't experienced Sphere yet, G2E provides about as convenient an opportunity as you'll get.
Sphere sits immediately adjacent to The Venetian resort corridor.
You can finish at G2E, grab dinner and walk over without planning an entirely separate night around it.
Even if you aren't attending a performance, seeing the Exosphere after dark has become part of the modern Las Vegas experience.
Try AREA15
If your team has had enough of traditional casinos, AREA15 offers a completely different version of Las Vegas.
The entertainment district combines bars, restaurants, immersive experiences and attractions including Meow Wolf's Omega Mart.
It's particularly good for a group of coworkers or clients when another steakhouse dinner and casino bar aren't going to excite anyone.
Head Downtown
Conference attendees have a tendency to spend the entire week between The Venetian, Wynn and the central Strip.
There's considerably more Las Vegas outside that bubble.
Downtown Las Vegas, Fremont Street and the Arts District offer restaurants, cocktail bars, breweries and a completely different atmosphere from the resort corridor.
If you're entertaining someone who has attended G2E ten times and already knows every Strip casino lobby by heart, getting off the Strip may be the better night.
Sometimes the Best G2E After Party Is Dinner
There is another strategy that gets overlooked during major Las Vegas conferences:
Go somewhere quiet enough to actually talk.
A dinner with four customers, partners or prospects can sometimes create more meaningful business than exchanging business cards with 500 people inside a packed reception.
